Fake Food – don’t be fooled

imgresYou make think this is real food, but it’s food that has been processed or chemically preserved for storage.  These are “treats” which do not contain the nutrients you need for long-term health.  These items can substitute for food if you don’t have access to real food for short periods of time.  Long term use leads to an increase chance of developing chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, IBS, thyroid disease and other immune deficiencies.
